Supply Chain Expert Supplier & Customer

Responsibility:

•Act as Extended Arms for Corporate E2E Logistics Team focused on supplier and customer standards as well as Supply Chain Supplier Development

•Provide regional input for global E2E Logistics design and standards in alignment with regional business

•Drive regional initiatives & roll-outs in alignment with plants, divisions and other domains

•support the roll-out of freight billing audit project in AP reigon, support inbound logistics standards topics, such as consignment initiatives, training, agreement. As lead auditor of AP central auditor pool to support GMMOG audits execution for NSA and SWAT case.

•Provide regional implementation support to implement corporate standards

•Operate regional cross-divisional processes and standards where necessary (e.g. regional GMMOG pool)

•Handle regional requests from stakeholders (divisions, supplier, customer,…)

•Support regional best practice exchange incl. high-level assessment of maturity level (no auditing) for specific SCM processes and bring plants region to desired maturity level in collaboration with divisions

•Drive regional supply chain supplier development as well as escalation/ bottleneck management

•Be close to the regional plants in alignment with Operations

•Get the alignment between local projects and global standards.

•Manage Region logistics consolidation center operation performance.

Requirements:

•Bachelor's Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or similar qualification with 3+ years of working experience in SCM

•Experience and understanding of SCM processes in systems and operations

•Specific know-how in supplier and customer supply chains and relevant regulations

•English business fluent in writing and speaking

•Superior problem solving and analytical skills with a high attention to detail
