About the Team

Future Industry ZF Automotive Technologies (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. specializes in the development and production of Airbag Control Units (ACUs), delivering reliable automotive safety solutions and building long-term strategic partnerships with customers worldwide.

 

What you can look forward to as Sales Manager:

  • Drive business growth and sales performance for ACU, SRS, and related automotive safety products.
  • Develop product strategies and roadmap recommendations based on customer needs, market trends, and industry developments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers while leading business acquisition activities.
  • Act as the primary interface between customers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful product positioning and business execution.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities and strengthen competitiveness.
  • Support product portfolio planning, pricing strategy, and profitability improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor automotive safety regulations and technology developments to ensure alignment with industry requirements.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the sustainable growth and profitability of the business.

 

Your Profile as Sales Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree or above; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, product management, or related roles within the automotive industry.
  • Proven experience with ACU, SRS, or other automotive safety systems. Strong understanding of automotive safety products, customer requirements, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
  • Solid business acumen with the ability to translate product and market insights into commercial success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese.
