Quality Leader

Your tasks:

• Lead and manage Electronics Function quality to meet requirements of ZF BPM (Business Policy Manual) and IATF 16949 including internal and external audit etc, assess effectiveness and compliance of plant-wide quality systems for ongoing improvements & 3rd party, customer, AP and other audits.
• Manage all product line’s quality matters including supplier quality, production quality, QMS and APQP and customer quality.
• Develop, implement and manage quality KPI under control including customer/process/supply PPM, customer complaints and NCC, conduct regular review, develop corrective and preventative action, work with process, testing, production and other departments to drive improvement action executed fast and effectively.
• Drive and deploy ZF Quality DNA for the plant to align the Quality strategy within AP region and Global Div U
• Communicate with customers, AP, Global team and internally to manage and control LPA (Layer Process Audit) process to meet and/or exceed customer expectations.
• Manage team on diligently investigate the root cause of any quality defects, implement containment actions, ICA and PCA and read across the actions to other similar processes/stations as prevention plans. Issue includes 0KM, Warranty and  PPAC issues.
• Proactively drive and enhance the quality control procedures in operation to improve the PPM/FPY/Scrap performance
• Control supply quality, work with AP/Global team, conduct on-site audit for continuous improvement or prevention; support L&L on Global Read Across.
• Report to senior management and external party on quality performance through various channels including Manufacturing and Quality reports, Operation review, online eQOS (quality operation systems) etc.
• Manage and develop the skill set for entire quality team to ensure sufficient competency

Your profile:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering or related.
• 10-15 Years Experience in Automotive field. Factory experience perferred
• Experience with Automotive quality-related activities such as SPC, DOE, FMEA, and 8D.
• Familiar with IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 related.
• Proactive and result-oriented.
• Solid communication skills, strong influence and interpersonal skills
• Analytical problem solving, team building, Project Team membership and decision making skills.
• High degree of credibility, professional competency and personal integrity.
• Excellent leadership qualities and able to take challenges.
• Fast learning, work independent
• Fluent English language and Computer Literacy.
