What you can look forward to as Project Manager:

• Bridge of cross function / cross organization team
• Secure customer requirement transmission smoothly & clear & in-time & correct & reasonable, and ensure the corresponding window can build up contact/feedback with customer
• Secure project requirement transmit to the corresponding function/staff and execute properly
• Lead the team to evaluate feasibility before project initiation ( including plan/design/manufacturing/ purchasing/cost/etc. relevant risk factors ), ensure project target achievable
• Lead the team to setup project plan, and break down the task reasonable and assign to team member, follow up and push team member to complete task on time.
• Monitor the project status and deviation to project target ( timing/cost/quality/etc. ), organize project team to define corrective action and execute for negative deviation.
• Follow up project different phase deliverable status, ensure in-time / integrality, meeting APQP requirement, and prepare milestone report to management, complete lessons learned after project closure.
• Organize team to complete OEM deliverable during development phase, ensure project meet OEM milestone requirement, get PPAP/PSW approval successfully for SOP.
• Lead and organize customer/internal delivery relevant trial run activities, like customer order/sample/internal verification sample/etc and lead product life-cycle related design change activities, lead approved VAVE project activites.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors/company.

Your Profile as Project Manager:

• Bachelor degree above. Mechanical / Electronics / Engineering related major
• Fluent in English ( both writing and verbal ), and fluent in Mandarin
• Minimum 5 years project management experience， and minimum 3 years PM experience in tier 1 ( Automotive electronics system product level product integrated both software & hardware )
• Familiar with Automotive OEM project development process ( APQP/PPAP/8D/etc. ), direct face customer practice, has practice from project quote / initiate / development to SOP.
• Good communication & express ability both writing and verbal, and good ability of team spirit / accountability / self-study, able to work under high pressure
• Familiar with Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Project software for daily work.
• PMP certification is plus.
