About the team

We are looking for who will join at location Guangzhou.

What you can look forward to as Project Management Head:

• Make sure all projects following GDPEP process.
• For supporting / managing acquisition activities during GDPEP 1 and 2 phases on a case-by-case basis as agreed with program management director and/or sales management lead.
• Managing the customer interface from GDPEP Phases 3-8.
• For interfacing with all areas affected by the project, ensuring successful integration of all project work products.
• Overall product line management during new project phase, key issue escalation.
• The position is responsible to balance the competing demands of scope, time, and cost (also known as the “triple constraint”)
• HC planning base on OPSP target, hiring and coaching PM to fulfill business requirement

Your profile as Project Management Head:

• Bachelor Degree or above, MBA preferred.
• Ten years of experience in the automotive or supplier industry with 3 years leadership role. At least five years Project Management experience through the entire project life cycle.
• Experienced and proficient in project management processes and able to mentor others and lead teams through GDPEP processes and procedures
• Contribute to continuous improvement of program management processes and tools using Lean, VA-VE, Six Sigma, and DFSS methodologies.
• Preferred PMP-certification.
