What you can look forward to as Production Leader?

• Lead daily team operations and ensure completion of production plans.
• Monitor production processes, manage resources, and report any abnormalities.
• Oversee maintenance of equipment and tools, ensuring safety compliance.
• Manage team members, conduct training, and handle shift handovers.
• Coordinate with surrounding departments and handle unexpected issues.

Your Profile as Production Leader:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in SMT production management.
• Proficient in using jigs, fixtures, and production equipment.
• Strong team management and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a strong willingness to learn.
• Associate degree or above.
