NPM Buyer

About the Team

We are looking for new colleagues who will join our team at our location Guangzhou.

What you can look forward to as NPM Buyer

• Develop and optimize the supply base to support plant NPM purchasing service
• Make the sourcing approval process of all cases including creation or renewal of contracts or agreements，complete the RFQ and select suppliers according to requisitions
• Negotiation on price and T&Cs; contracting and implementation
• Fulfilment of group/plant directives and local law
• Planning the cost savings proposal of annual projects and implement the saving actions to achieve target
• Regularly provide purchasing volume, or other NPM reports upon request
• Communication with local management and x-functions in the plant
• Ensure security of supply to support operations of the plant and optimize cost & service to get competitive advantage and customer satisfaction

Your Profile as NPM Buyer

• Working experience    8+years procurement experiences, especially in non-production material
• Familiar with purchasing process
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• QAD/SAP experience is preferred                                  
• Quick learning capability, and able to be quick and efficient to solve problems
• Good management skill and ability of decision-making
• Highly responsibilities, high credible, honestly, teamwork spirit
