Your Tasks

•    SMT和选择焊工序设备的故障处理：
•    锡膏印刷程序和设备的故障排除(MPM)
•    贴片机编程及设备状态维护 （松下）
•    回流焊程序和回流焊炉故障排除，能制作测温板并量测炉温（BTU and KIC）
•    AOI&SPI 程序故障排除及误报调整，选择焊/波峰焊工艺调整 
•    协助工程师进行新产品导入工作。

 

Your Profile

•    了解焊点外观检验标准: IPC-A-610.
•    熟悉松下贴片机, 熟悉 PanaCIM/PT200/DGS系统。
•    电路知识和PLC知识
•    装配工艺及设备技能：电容插入，连接器插入。
•    较强的责任心和跨职能团队合作能力。
•    必须具备SMT机器维修和TPM的技能。
•    具备简单的英语沟通能力。
