We are currently expanding our IT teams in Guangzhou and looking for new colleagues who will join our team at our new location Guangzhou
Your tasks:
|
- Actively manage customer requests and incident calls, manage backlog and SLA related to Engineering Applications activities predominately ALM and Embedded Software Applications
- Provide 2nd Level Support ALM and Embedded Software Applications
- Implement, adjust and improve service process
- Active analysis current process landscape and applications to make sure Service Support processes are aligned with actual landscape

Your profile:
|
- Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- Experience with software engineering, customer experience and civil engineering
- Experience support engineering applications for a large corporation
- 3 -5 years job related experience as well as self-dependent and target oriented decision making to handle Requests and Incidents reported by Customers
- Experience with ITIL Service Management, certification a plus
- Good communication skills verbally and written
