Your Tasks

  • Review organization development needs. Set up and align HR strategies and plans with business priorities.
  • Provide advice to managers and employees on individual topics. 
  • Coach, mentor and guideline managers around people, engagement and performance. Help business leaders to understand and address the people implications of business decisions.
  • Take customer-focused initiatives driving business transformation. Ensure the business strategies are supported with the HR programs needed to provide competitive advantage.
  • Identify critical competency needs of business, develop headcount planning and acquire right talents to meet business needs.
  • Identify and assess talents in accordance to corporate guidelines and regional program needs. Propose on talents retention programs and people development activities.
  • Act as performance improvement driver and provoke positive changes in people management. 
  • Design and implement employee activities to enhance engagement level and foster leadership excellence and diversity of cultures.  
  • Broker the appropriate HR services for the business from CoEs and HR Operations. Drive optimization and harmonization of processes to enhance service quality and operation efficiency.

Your Profile

  • Professional experience in the HR sector of at least 8 years, in an international environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Profound knowledge in all HR fields. Excellent conceptual and strategic skills with a high execution and delivery focus.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.   
  • High degree of intercultural competencies, at least excellent written & spoken English.
