About the Team

We are looking for new colleagues who will join our team at our location Guangzhou.
 

What you can look forward to as HR Specialist

• Assist superiors in establishing and improving the company's human resources systems, including training, salary, insurance, benefits, and performance evaluation.
• Screen resumes and arrange interviews and selection processes according to the recruitment requirements of various departments.
• Establish and maintain personnel files and employee rosters, and update employees' personal information and records in a timely manner.
• Responsible for the signing and daily management of employee labor contracts.
• Assist leaders in drafting, revising, and implementing various HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee attendance and rewards/punishments, and investigate the implementation of attendance and rewards/punishments in various departments.
• Assist leaders in completing attendance and salary calculations.

Your Profile as HR Specialist

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in management or a related field.
• Over three years of relevant HR work experience, proficient in HR tasks and related skills.
• Familiar with national laws and regulations, and the operational processes of various HR management tasks.
• Good communication and expression skills, able to interact well with others.
• Strong data analysis and statistical abilities.
• Strong execution capabilities.
• Proficiency in reading and writing in English for daily work.
• HR management experience in a related industry is preferred.
