Finance Manager

About the Team:

We are looking for a new finance colleague in R&D Center at our location in Guangzhou.

What you can look forward to as a Finance Manager:

• Supervision of timely and high-quality Month End Closing, including understanding of business results, root causes of Income, Cost and GMP variances to RFC and OP
• Lead Finance Department daily work, collaborating closely with key stakeholders and partners across the Divisions/Departments
• Develop and implement Monthly Forecast & Yearly OP including presentations to the AP and Global Leadership team
• Well manage CAPEX Plan and support management team to evaluate CAPEX program for business growth
• Supervision of Intercompany Transaction and Internal Recharge Process, collaborate with AP & Global team for transfer pricing, customs duty, tax design and other statutory matters

Your Profile as a Finance Manager:

• Bachelor of Finance or above
• Minimum 10 years working experience in manufacturing industry
• Minimum 5 years team management experience
• Solid knowledge of Accounting, Tax, and comprehensive Financial Analysis skill
• Strong business sense to interpret Financial result to business improvement requirement
