About the Team

We are looking for new colleagues who will join our team at our location Guangzhou.

What you can look forward to as Engineering Operation Specialist:

  • Create engineering communication materials and product introduction content
  • Produce corporate multimedia assets, including articles, videos, and new‑media content
  • Manage internal communication channels and organize site-wide all‑hands meetings.Support media events, customer visits, and collaborate with global/regional communication teams
  • Oversee daily Guangzhou site operations and handle administrative tasks (visitors, meeting rooms, supplies)
  • Support EHS activities and assist with integration and transition processes
  • Act as the HR contact for the Guangzhou site, managing employee lifecycle, files, contracts, and labor relations
  • Coordinate with government authorities, organize employee activities/training, and support employee issue resolution

Your profile as Engineering Operation Specialist:

  • Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years relevant experience, Automotive/ADAS knowledge preferred
  • Multimedia content creation experience
  • Strong communication & coordination
  • Proficient in Office tools
  • Good English & Chinese communication
