Electronic Test Engineer

About the Team

The hardware testing team focuses on ensuring the high-quality delivery of inverter products through advanced testing strategies and automation frameworks. We collaborate closely with R&D and manufacturing teams to ensure product quality and efficient project execution. We are primarily responsible for circuit integration testing, circuit verification testing, PCBA function circuit automation testing, inverter End of Line automation testing, industrialization support, sample production and series production support.

What you can look forward to as Electronic Test Engineer

• Analyze inverter system requirements, develop test plans and specifications, and design and implement test sequences and automated test solutions.

• Set up PCBA module circuit testing and inverter testing environments. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.

• Execute automated and manual tests, analyze root causes, and track problems.

• Provide industrialization support, including sample production and mass production support.

Your profile as Electronic Test Engineer

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• 5+ years of hardware testing experience, with practical experience in automated testing.

• Proficient in TestStand and LabVIEW programming and debugging, with complete project experience.

• Experience in circuit functional testing and proficient in using an oscilloscope.

• Ability to independently analyze problems, identify root causes, and propose solutions.

• Complete inverter testing experience from prototype to mass production experience.

• Excellent English communication skills (written and oral) and Willingness to travel.
