About the Team:

We are a dedicated hardware engineering team specializing in Automotive Electric Powertrain control electronics. We develop advanced motor controller and electronic actuator platforms for next-generation vehicles.

What you can look forward to as Electronic Engineer ：

• Select, evaluate and approve automotive-grade electronic components (active and passive) to meet design, performance, reliability and cost requirements.
• Define and support component qualification, testing, and validation activities.
• Manage component lifecycle risks, including single, second sourcing, and supply continuity.
• Work closely with hardware design engineers to support component selection reviews, design risk assessments and cost optimization activities.
• Support component-related failure analysis, root cause investigation and corrective action activities.
• Work with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve technical issues and improve component performance.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain component database, technical documentation and engineering standards within internal systems.

Your profile as Electronic Engineer ：

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related disciplines.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of automotive electronic components, including MCU, power management ICs, communication ICs, operational amplifiers, isolation devices, sensors, connectors and passive components.
• Familiar with automotive qualification standards and regulations, including AECQ and RoHS.
• Understanding of electronic component suppliers, distribution channels and supply chain risk management.
• Strong logical approach to problem solving. Able to work well with global teams, including time-zone flexibility. With good communication skills to cooperate with team members.
