Customer Service Representative

About the Team

We are looking for new colleagues who will join our team at our location Guangzhou.

What you can look forward to as Customer Service Representative:

• Manage the status and schedule of all customer orders, delivery date, returns, complaints and requests
• Provide support to improvement projects and commitments requiring a basic understanding of customer service practices and procedures
• Deal with customer inquiries issues are addressed resolved to completion
• Prepare and utilize analysis reports to improve programs and communication follow-up with Customers
• Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff
• Maintain systems and relationships that meet customer demand forecast, as well as other databases related to shipments and inventory management
• Lead the relevant stakeholders to identify significant risks in a project and define mitigation actions
• Support business target achievement including sales revenues, account receivable collection and inventory reduction etc.

Your Profile as Customer Service Representative:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in supply chain management, business, management
• 5-8 years relevant experience in auto industry supply chain, program management, purchasing
• Good knowledge in contract terms and conditions, financial knowledge, international trade, logistics and custom rules would be preferred
• Self-motivated, well organized and task oriented
