About the Team

We are looking for a new colleague in the ZF Global Purchasing Team at our location in Guangzhou.

What you can look forward to as Commodity Buyer Global HR Services & Global Mobility AP?

• Track, negotiate and support execution of global /regional / local HR Services & Mobility contracts.
  
• Handle and support HR Services, Travel Management and Fleet Management projects, cost saving initiatives (e.g. Hotels, Airlines, TMC Agencies) including RFQ,
• Price comparison, Supplier negotiations, sourcing decision.
  
• Manage supplier communication and support supplier onboarding and development, monitor supplier performance regarding cost, delivery, quality, and compliance.
  
• Transfer and support development of global commodity strategy into the region.
  
• Ensure all purchasing activities comply with ZF purchasing guidelines, audit and governance requirements.
  
• Maintain accurate purchasing data and reporting in relevant systems.
  
• Prepare cost analysis, purchasing reports, volume forecasting and support management reviews.

Your Profile as Commodity Buyer Global HR Services & Global Mobility AP:

• 2-3 years of NPM Purchasing Experience, purchasing experience in HR Services, Recruitment, Learning & Development, Medical Health, Immigration Relocation,  travel (Hotel, Air, Rental, … ) or fleet management is preferred.
• Familiar with basic purchasing processes.
• Strong sense of responsibility, execution capability, and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and willingness to work cross-functionally.
• Fluent Mandarin and English speaking and writing skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP.
