Program Buyer

About the team

We are looking for who will join at location Guangzhou.
What you can look forward to as Program Buyer:

• Work on new projects in BU EE, challenge and consolidate the internal customer needs; Place Purchasing Order (PO) in ERP system and release the PO to vendors according to PR and quotation documents. Follow them to completion.         
• Work and tracking on change management. Communication with suppliers and cross-functional departments in plant about the content of changes and finish the purchasing related actions for change process.
• Ensure security of supply to support the projects and optimize cost and service in order to get competitive advantage and customer satisfaction.                                           
• Comply with Purchasing Process; optimize the process with certain authority.
• Supplier Management, build up Approved Supplier List (ASL).     

Your profile as Program Buyer:

• Preferable several years of experience in operational purchasing in multi-national companies
• University degree
• fluent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
• Proficiency in MS Office software
• Experiences to support plant projects will be strong plus
