About the Team

We are looking for a new colleague in R&D Center at our location in Guangzhou.

What you can look forward to as a Basic Software Developer:

  • Develop and debug low-level drivers for system ICs, including Gate Drivers (SPI/PWM), SBC/PMICs, and CAN/CAN FD transceivers.
  • Design custom CDD modules for real-time motor control (e.g., resolver decoding, fast current sampling) leveraging MCU peripherals such as GTM, DSADC, DMA, and Watchdog.
  • Configure and maintain build environments, Linker scripts, and compilation toolchains (e.g., Tasking or HighTec) for multi-core TC3xx platforms.
  • Perform static code analysis (MISRA compliance) and code optimization for register setup, interrupt execution timing, and multi-core memory mapping by analyzing hardware schematics.
  • Implement driver-level functional safety (ISO 26262) and basic cybersecurity mechanisms (e.g., SecOC, Secure Boot, HSM driver interaction, and hardware diagnostics).
  • Perform joint hardware-software co-debugging using Lauterbach debuggers, oscilloscopes, Vector CANoe, and logic analyzers, while maintaining detailed software design documents (SWDD) and ASPICE records.

Your Profile as a Basic Software Developer:

  • Master of Bachelor degree in engineering, e.g. specializing in electrical engineering, software engineering or automotive engineering
  • Proficient in C/C++ programming for low-level embedded systems (Infineon TriCore, ARM Cortex-M) with strong knowledge of MISRA rules and static code analysis.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in low-level drivers (MCAL/BSW) and CDD development on Infineon AURIX TC3xx series (e.g., TC38x, TC39x), with the ability to read and analyze hardware schematics.
  • Deep expertise in configuring key automotive peripherals and IC interfaces, including GTM, DSADC/ADC, DMA, Watchdog, Gate Drivers (SPI/PWM), CAN/CAN FD transceivers, and SBC/PMICs.
  • Familiarity with AUTOSAR layered architecture, UDS/OBD diagnostic standards, and hands-on experience integrating CDD/MCAL modules into basic software.
  • Basic understanding of driver-level cybersecurity mechanisms (Secure Boot, SecOC) and driver interaction with Hardware Security Modules (HSM).
  • Solid understanding of real-time control execution, interrupt priority handling, register-level peripheral setup, and multi-core memory mapping.
