BD&Excellence Supervisor

About the Team

We are looking for new colleagues who will join our team at our location Guangzhou.

What you can look forward to as BD&Excellence Supervisor

• Support Head of BD&Excellence to deliver strategic planning, product/customer strategies and SAPs ( Strategic Action Plan)
• Coordinate and implement business development activities with cross function teams –business analysis, target setting, pipeline management, market intelligence, battle plan, Capex & Capacity management etc.
• Leading in CQ ( customer quotation)  activities, business case preparation/optimization/updates, commercial management to ensure timely/quality customer quotations
• Program execution/production phase:  customer commercial management ( pricing, volume/FX etc. claims…) and cost monitoring and controlling ( PM business case updates and controlling)
• Continually improve portfolio financial performance by working with cross-function teams including Cost Engineering/VAVE to identify improvement areas (Roadmap, design & BOM Cost delivery and optimization, VAVE, Make vs Buy etc.)        
• Coordinate cross-function team in regular CQA & Portfolio reviews and other meetings required to complete tasks

Your Profile as BD&Excellence Supervisor

• Good Level of Business/Financial Acumen 1) Proficient in understanding and interpreting financial schedules and model 2) able to identify strategic and operational levers across organization to influence key financial metrics
• University Bachler  Degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics or Business MBA
• 5+ years working experience in Auto industry supplying products directly to OEMs,  Multi-functions experience especially Electronics Engineering experience preferred
• Mature operation skills of Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc.)
• Fluent in spoken and written English/Chinese
• Excellent communication skills within multi-national/ multi-layer team as well as a moderator
• Knowledge of the Automotive industry and electronics products are an advantage
• Can work under pressure with tight time schedule / urgent tasks
