About the Team

We are looking for new colleagues who will join our team at our location Guangzhou.

What you can look forward to as BD&Excellence Head

• Leading and Coordinating cross functions team in the development and execution of  Company Strategic Business Plan
• Define Product Strategies : Product Technology Road Map aligned with Market demand trend and Financial Goals; Working Closely with Sale  and Account Teams to define Customer Strategies to achieve Top-line Objectives; Define SAPs ( Strategic Action Plan)
• Improve Product Competitiveness including purchasing/engineering on design optimization, BoM  Cost Leadership; Working with operation to improve operational efficiency including capital utilization/efficiency; Leading Cost Engineering for target cost setting/benchmark, VAVE, Make vs Buy activities
• Leading and Coordinating Business Acquisiton business case preparation/optimization/updates, commercial management to ensure timely/quality customer quotations to ensure overall business development of profitable growth
• Program execution/production phase:  Customer Commerical Management ( pricing, volume/FX etc claims…) and cost monitoring and controlling

Your Profile as BD&Excellence Head

• High Level of Business/Financial Acumen 1) Proficient in understanding and interpreting financial schedules and model 2) able to identify strategic and operational levers across organization to influence key financial metrics
• Strong Strategic Thinker, with abilities to articulate near-term goals, define long term aspiration, define strategic actions to achieve these goals
• Strong coordindating/communication skill and capabilities to make thing settled with cross function team
• At least 8 years working experience in Auto industry supplying products directly to OEMs,  Multi-functions experience especially Electronics Engineering experience preferred
• University Bachler  Degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics or Business MBA
