About the team:
We are looking for a new colleague in our Software team at our location in Monterrey! The Chassis Solutions Division of ZF North America offers application specific solutions for a variety of different automotive Steering, Braking, Suspension and Chassis Components. Continued growth in our Monterrey location has created an opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team!
What you can look forward to as a Software Project Manager:
- Be the key point of contact for the software project.
- Manage project to ZF internal processes and hold team accountable for deliverables
- Define software content and timing based on change requests and incident reports
- Support work breakdowns and resource allocation planning
- Lead project through quality tollgates and support defect monitoring, 8D, and risk assessments
Your profile as a Software Project Manager:
- Bachelor of Science in technical discipline
- 10 years Brake, Steering, Airbag, ADAS, or Powertrain product experience
- System level understanding of automotive control systems
- Professional communication skills
- Motivation to learn and work in a dynamic environment

- Project management in a matrix organization
