About the Team

The  R&D Logistics  team supports the daily operations of the business  Monterrey  including the Global domain functions by ensuring accurate and timely processing of logistics-related costs in our internal  corporate process . We work closely with Laboratories, procurement, and accounting to maintain transparency and compliance in accounts payable activities. As part of an international environment, the team offers structured processes, clear guidance, and a collaborative atmosphere. This internship provides a solid introduction to financial workflows within logistics operations.

What you can look forward to as Logistics Accounts Payable Intern:

• Support the processing of invoice managment  activities related to logistics service providers
• Assist with the receipt, review, and system entry of logistics invoices
• Help verify invoices against transport orders, agreed rates, and supporting documentation
• Support the clarification of invoice discrepancies in coordination with internal teams
• Assist in communication with suppliers regarding payment status and required documentation
• Support the preparation of basic reports and data lists for accounts payable
• Maintain structured documentation.
• Gain hands-on experience in logistics finance processes within an international organization 

Your Profile as Logistics Accounts Payable Intern:

• Enrolled student in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Logistics, or a comparable field
• First exposure to accounting or finance topics through studies or previous internships is an advantage
• Careful, structured, and reliable working style with good attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel; interest in learning ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
• Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
• Motivation to learn and develop in a corporate environment
• Very good English skills; additional languages are a plus
