Position Summary

Support the Operations and Quality Management Excellence team in both local and global initiatives related to Quality Management Excellence competencies and projects. Responsibilities include coordinating training activities, assisting with SmartLPA system setup and user support, developing training materials, providing translations, preparing reports, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to ensure effective project execution and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment of SmartLPA system tool: System setup, training coordination and user support
• Corporate APQP and RFMEA activities support.
• Work in collaborative environment with the participation in meetings/activities of local and global teams.
• Analysis of data, data entry and design and development of quality reports with usage of AI, querys and Microsoft Office ecosystem.
• Design, development and maintenance of quality training with potential to become a trainer.

Qualifications

• Student of Engineering or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of quality and continuous improvement.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills. Basic AI skills.
• Organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn, fast learner.
