Project Coordinator - NA Tariff Support

With its products, the company contributes to reducing emissions, protecting the climate as well as enhancing safe mobility. This position is related to Customs Management and includes the execution of national and international export control and customs regulations by preparing, implementing, enforcing and monitoring the applicable ZF-internal guidelines including related company-wide IT solutions.

What you can look forward to as Project Coordinator:

• Process flow of data from media announcement through customer claim process.
• Create needed training (ie. General Tariff training, Tariff layering examples, End-to-End mapping tool, sales claim and document process, customs PowerBI tool, Customs tariff calculator).
• Support to drive functional meeting agenda, gap assessment, and Steerco escalation, and prepare detailed reports and documentation with strong English written and oral communication skills.
• Create standardize executive summary to review top driver of tariff and associated mitigation plans, with top focus on largest data items. 
• Prepare weekly Board of Management overview including relevant global inputs. FAQ document for global teams.
• Collaborate with financial to support business unit forecast data consolidation, and with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and improve efficiency.
• Develop and deliver high-quality presentations using PowerPoint to communicate findings, key business problems, actions and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends, including tariffs, trade policies, and customs regulations, to provide insights that enhance business performance.

Your Profile as Project Coordinator:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in financial analysis and data analytics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI) (preferred).
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices (preferred).
• Familiarity with creating executive summaries (preferred).
