IT Analyst Intern

This position is responsible to monitor the IT Infrastructure (servers, storage, network, communication, and DC) and provide first level support to end users and computing workplaces.

Your tasks:

• 1st level support for end users and workplaces.
• 1st level support for networks.
• Perform OS deployment on standard workplaces.
• Deliver IT equipment for new and current employees.
• Act as the face of IT as first contact.
• Support voice and data network links.
• Support datacenter room, server, storage, backup, and environmental aspects.
• Provide support to backend teams in global projects.
• Provide support to purchasing in IT related projects.
• Participate in IT related projects based on business needs.
• Participate in projects with new vendors and ZF global infrastructure projects.

Your profile:

• Cursing last year of college with an expected graduation on Dec 2025/May 2026 in the field of computer science / business informatics / electrical engineering.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure architecture, data centers, servers, and networks.
• Knowledge of basic IPV4 networks.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail oriented, organized & methodical.
• Analytical abilities
• Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts.
• English Fluent.
