About the Team
The IT Infrastructure team plays a critical role in ensuring stable, secure, and high-performing technology services across the plant. Working closely with local operations, global IT teams, and business stakeholders, the team manages core infrastructure, networks, servers, storage, and datacenter environments while supporting manufacturing systems. The department also drives infrastructure projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enable business growth and operational excellence.
What you can look forward to as IT Analyst II - Delivery and Support:
- Manage and support IT infrastructure including servers, storage, backup solutions, datacenter facilities, and environmental systems.
- Administer and optimize voice and data network services to ensure reliable business operations.
- Install, configure, and maintain network technologies such as switches, WLAN devices, DNS, and DHCP services.
- Provide second-level support for end-user computing environments and first-level support for manufacturing MES/SCADA systems.
- Lead and participate in local and global IT infrastructure projects, including vendor implementations and technology upgrades.
- Act as the key interface between plant operations, business stakeholders, and IT management to align technology solutions with business needs.
- Support procurement activities by contributing to the planning and administration of IT-related bidding processes.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and ensure compliance with defined IT KPIs and service standards.
Your Profile as IT Analyst II - Delivery and Support:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, datacenter operations, server administration, and networking.
- Strong expertise in Windows Server and Windows Client operating systems.
- Proven knowledge of network installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Solid experience with VMware administration and virtualization technologies.
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to cross-functional teams and management.
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
