HRIS Intern

Position Summary

The HRIS Intern supports the Human Resources team by contributing to HR process improvement initiatives and the development of digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI). This role focuses on identifying opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes, enhance data accuracy, improve employee experience, and support digital transformation projects within Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing and documenting current HR processes to identify automation and improvement opportunities.
• Support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of Power Apps solutions for HR functions.
• Create and maintain workflows using Power Automate to improve process efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI to support HR metrics and decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into digital solutions.
• Provide end-user support and training materials for new HR digital tools and automated processes.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in: Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics or Related fields.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Familiarity with process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Understanding of databases, SharePoint, and data management concepts is preferred.
