What you can look forward to as Financial Analyst:

• Analyze cost information to determine accurate product and service costing.
• Support budget preparation, review proposals, and provide required documentation and justification.
• Prepare variance analyses and explanations for budget performance.
• Review P&L and balance sheet accounts to support operational efficiency and budget achievement.
• Perform GL and Fixed Assets reconciliations, including journal entry creation, calculation, and posting.
• Manage intercompany account balancing and Fixed Assets processes (capitalization and depreciation).
• Lead cost‑improvement and reduction initiatives, and support month‑end close and trial balance submissions.
• Prepare and present financial reporting packages, maintain strong internal controls, update policies/procedures, and communicate cost center performance to other departments.

Your Profile as Financial Analyst:       

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with 2–4 years of experience as a Financial Analyst.
• 85–95% bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Excellent MS Office skills; SAP/QAD experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of MX and US GAAP and solid experience with internal control procedures.
• Highly analytical with strong problem‑solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proactive and collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
• Committed to outstanding customer service and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrates high legal and ethical standards in all work.
