We are looking for a Digital Solutions Rollout Intern to join our team at Monterrey. 

What you can look forward to as Digital Solutions Rollout Intern:
• Develop, enhance, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Design, build, and manage automated workflows using Power Automate (Flows). (This is a key requirement for the role.)
• Support the rollout and implementation of various business systems, including system configuration, user setup, testing, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and scalable solutions.
• Assist in system implementation initiatives, ensuring proper documentation, validation, and end-user readiness.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for applications and implemented systems.
• Document technical solutions, create user guides, and provide ongoing user support and training as needed.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI) to support business decision-making and performance tracking.

Your profile as Digital Solutions Rollout Intern:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, International Business, International Relations, or a related field, with a strong interest in digital transformation and technology-driven solutions.
• Basic to intermediate experience with Microsoft Power Apps.
• Experience creating automated workflows using Power Automate (Flows) is required.
• Familiarity with data sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, or SQL is a plus.
• Understanding of system implementation processes, testing, or deployment activities is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
