About the team:
We are looking for a new colleague in our AI/Data Science team at our location in Livonia, MI! The Chassis Solutions Division of ZF North America offers application specific solutions for a variety of different automotive Steering, Braking, Suspension and Chassis Components. Continued growth has created an opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team!

What you can look forward to as a DataScience and AI/ML Engineer:

• Analyze and understand the AI/ML requirements from various stake holders
• Design & development of end-to-end ML/GenAI solutions
• Deployment of application on cloud platform (Azure)
• Working in agile work model

Your profile as a DataScience and AI/ML Engineer:

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field. 
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience towards AI/ML
• Deeper understanding and development of application using Python, data structures and algorithms, hands on with software libraries for programming: (OpenCV, Numpy, Pandas, Spark, scikit-learn)
• Significant experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch (At least 2 frame works hands on)
• Experience in Azure data bricks/data lake/Data factory and pipeline. Deployment on Azure platform is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge/experience on Generative AI (LLM, SLM, …)
• Experience/knowledge on developing GenAI applications / agents and agentic AI 
• Knowledge about applying generative AI techniques and fine-tuning methods to improve model performance
• Familiar with implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture for sophisticated AI applications
• Familiarity with langchain and hugging face frameworks
• Knowledge about agents
• Database knowledge like Mongo DB.
