About the Team:
We are looking for a new colleague in our Software team at our location in Monterrey! The Chassis Solutions Division of ZF North America offers application specific solutions for a variety of different automotive Steering, Braking, Suspension and Chassis Components. Continued growth in our Monterrey office has created an opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team!
What you can look forward to as a Cybersecurity Software Technical Project Lead (CS TPL) :
- Harmonize the prompt collaboration between organizations that provide design requirements of the software to be protected by CyberSecurity
- Be aware of the timing and milestones of the projects to keep all relevant parties informed about them
- Ensure that all engineering activities are planned and performed according to the timing and schedules agreed with internal and external customers
- Review and approve technical documents that summarize the design principles of the software being used in our products
- Be an advocate for the adherence of the organization to the CyberSecurity process.
- Promote and communicate the CyberSecurity process among other involved organizations
- Assess and improve the quality of the technical documents being released for the upcoming products
- Provide technical guidance for other parties involved regarding how to properly fill out documents. Review work products and process conformance. Negotiation with stakeholders
Your profile as a Cybersecurity Software Technical Project Lead (CS TPL) :
- BS/MS in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering
- Very good understanding of Automotive embedded systems and their interaction with other systems throughout the lifecycle (production, operation in the vehicle, maintenance, post SOP support, …)
- Having very good communication, moderation, and problem-solving skills
- Liking to work analytically with requirements and architectures – reading and understanding them, negotiating them with the stakeholders, deriving specifications out of it and getting to an agreement with the stakeholders about these specifications
- Knowledge of ISO 26262 and ISO 21434.
