What you can look forward to as Controlling Supervisor:

• Monitor process executions / Track governance, e.g. consistent reporting standards, guidelines, SLA requirements
• Leading a team within controlling factory, allocates tasks to operational staff
• Monitoring and evaluation of operational staff and ensuring timely and accurate transaction execution according to global standards
• Implement continuous improvement measures, automation and process optimization / Report performance to internal customers
• Team development, including coaching and assessments / Conduct ad hoc financial analysis
• Identify and assess financial risks to the company and develop risk mitigation strategies
• Supports the overall process design and the management of change requests
• Accountable that Service Level Agreements are met / Manages resolution process of issues raised within (sub-)process area and aligns topics with relevant stakeholders (e.g. Quality Assurance, Controls & Improvement Manager)

Your Profile as Controlling Supervisor: 

• Undergraduate university degree preferably in Finance / Controlling / Business Administration, Master’s degree is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in a relevant area (esp. CO), thereof 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the relevant (sub-)process area and an overall good Finance knowledge
• 1+ years experience in a shared services environment
• Experienced in realizing process efficiencies and improvements
• Strong communication and customer service orientation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English + one other core language
