Your job responsabilities as a Communication Specialist:

• Ownership of active internal communications processes across ZF MX facilities. 

• Regular coordination with site leadership and regional HR.

• Close alignment with colleagues responsible for MX external communications and MX social media. 

• Participation in a collaborative regional team, including US and MX colleagues responsible for communications, marketing, and public affairs activities.

• Develop and implement strategic communications concept and innovative story lines that explain the company’s goals and strategic initiatives.

• Report to Head of NA Communications, Marketing, and Public Affairs.

Your profile as a Communication Specialist:

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines: Communications, Public Relations or Journalism

• Working proficiency in English-language written and oral communications

• Experience in Corporate Communications and/or Public Relations/Marketing agency – automotive industry experience strongly preferred.

• Proven track record working with internal stakeholders - including business units, plants, Human Resources and employees.

• Ability to maintain and leverage digital communication channels, including content creation.

• Ability to interact with, counsel and influence senior executives effectively.

• Proficient in MS Office

• Ability to travel 20-30 percent of the time within Mexico
