What you can look forward to as Accounts Payable Accountant:

• Vendor Invoices Data entry with different currencies.
• Interaction with international and domestic suppliers.
• Enter payments using bank portals.
• Analysis and resolution of invoice problems.
• AP balance reconciliations, including Intercompany transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service to third party vendors and our ZF Mexican operating units.
• Ensure all reporting’s deadlines are achieved and Corporate accounting policies and practices adhered to.

Your Profile as Accounts Payable Accountant: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration, with 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable roles.
• Knowledge of MX and US GAAP.
• 80–90% bilingual English/Spanish.
• Experience managing the Mexican e‑invoicing process (CFDIs).
• Very strong MS Office skills and experience with SAP.
• Strong computer, analytical, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Continuous improvement mindset and commitment to excellent customer service in a demanding work environment.
• High legal and ethical standards with a strong focus on operational excellence and customer service.
