About the project
Supports COO data, tariff tracking, reporting, and analysis while collaborating across teams to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and informed business decisions. Gains experience in aftermarket operations, trade compliance, and business analytics.
Responsabilities
- Support Country of Origin (COO) maintenance activities for OES Aftermarket products across internal systems.
- Collect, validate, and maintain COO documentation received from suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with tariff monitoring activities and maintain monthly tariff tracking reports.
- Analyze tariff impacts and prepare summary reports for Category Management leadership.
- Support product master data updates in SAP, PIMS, and other relevant business systems.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Trade Compliance teams to resolve data discrepancies.
- Assist in preparation of presentations, dashboards, and KPI reports.
- Perform data validation and ensure accuracy of product attributes and compliance-related information.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product data quality and reporting processes.
- Utilize Excel and Power BI tools to generate reports and business insights.
Knowledge, skills & experience
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field.
- Student expected to graduate within 1-2 years.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, reporting).
- Power BI knowledge preferred.
- Basic understanding of tariffs, customs, or supply chain processes is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- English and Spanish proficiency required.

- Enrolled in the last year of university of a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration and International Business
- University insurance or medical insurance
- Advanced English proficiency (C1)
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
