*This position is open for Monterrey, Guadalajara and Mexico City locations.*

About the Team

Join the Regional Pricing team and contribute to the Chassis business within ZF Aftermarket. You will collaborate closely with Commercial Excellence, Global Pricing, Sales, Purchasing, Finance, Product/Category Management and other business functions. The team focuses on consistent pricing execution, market competitiveness, margin development and transparent pricing performance across the region.

What you can look forward to as Pricing Specialist:

• Execute the regional pricing framework in collaboration with Global Pricing, Category Management, Finance and other key stakeholders.
• Support and execute regional pricing strategies to strengthen market competitiveness and meet business needs.
• Drive gross margin improvement through price adjustments and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Purchasing, Finance, Marketing and Category Management.
• Monitor pricing performance, including sales price variation (SPV), sales and margin development, price corridors and price harmonization.
• Ensure compliance with global pricing guidelines, processes and internal control requirements.
• Develop and maintain pricing documentation, including instructions, guidelines, process descriptions and templates for tenders, price rounds and price changes.
• Manage internal pricing inquiries and provide accurate data from SAP, Cognos, Prima and Salesforce.
• Coordinate competitive pricing data and support the deployment of North American Commercial Excellence initiatives.

Your Profile as Pricing Specialist:

• Basic knowledge of SAP and confidence working with data from multiple business systems.
• Conversational English is a must.
• Strong pricing, analytical and influencing skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to translate complex findings and technical concepts into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Strong focus on managing targets, pricing performance and measurable business results.
• Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions and stakeholders.
• Good understanding of external and internal customer needs, markets and competitive dynamics.
• Ability to foster collaboration and empowerment in a cross-functional business environment.
