About the Team

Our Supply Chain Management team ensures the seamless flow of materials supporting ZF Aftermarket operations. We work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments to maintain reliable inventory levels and meet customer demands. The team thrives on collaboration, analytical problem‑solving, and continuous improvement to keep our operations efficient and responsive.

What you can look forward to as Inventory Planner:

• Manage inbound material procurement and monitor inventory to support customer requirements.
• Coordinate supplier incoming material flow, including ordering, tracking, and delivery.
• Oversee part number changes, new part launches, and the integration of updates into materials systems.
• Review and utilize MRP systems to ensure component availability.
• Monitor supplier performance through KPIs such as on‑time delivery and past-due metrics.
• Handle transportation and carrier coordination to support material flow.
• Communicate shortages, capacity constraints, and critical supply issues internally.
• Maintain records, reporting, and internal processes supporting the materials function.

Your Profile as Inventory Planner:

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, materials planning, or related fields in automotive industry. 
• Strong analytical skills with advanced spreadsheet and computer proficiency.
• Experience working in ERP systems and understanding of TS16949 standards.
• Excellent english communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Skilled in supplier metrics management and problem‑solving in fast‑paced environments.
• Ability to prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency and participate effectively in cross‑functional meetings.
• Capable of managing small projects and coordinating team sessions or supplier discussions.
