About the Team

Our team is dedicated to leading the development and implementation of innovative strategies, business plans, and execution frameworks to boost Bus Connect sales activities in France and Benelux. Our primary goal is to significantly increase sales revenues for ZF Bus Connect, enhance the sales pipeline, improve customer satisfaction, and raise market awareness through direct sales efforts and strategic business partnerships. Additionally, we coordinate with local ZF offices to expedite business growth in the region. 

What you can look forward to as Sales & Business Development Manager Fleet Solutions (m/f/d) 

  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competition; identify customer needs and market opportunities. 
  • Sales Development: Forecast and identify new business opportunities; maintain a strong sales pipeline. 
  • Customer Relationships: Build and sustain customer relationships; provide commercial and technical guidance. 
  • Negotiations: Contribute to contract and pricing negotiations; ensure project profitability. 
  • Event Representation: Identify and attend relevant events in France and Benelux; represent ZF Bus Connect. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams and regional offices for seamless integration. 
  • Sales Tracking: Monitor sales pipelines; implement corrective actions for deviations. 
  • Planning: Develop mid- and long-term sales and pricing strategies for France and Benelux. 

Your profile as Sales & Business Development Manager Fleet Solutions (m/f/d) 

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales role B2B preferrable in automotive Telematics business within a multinational environment (Digital sales, SaaS, etc.). 
  • A "hunter" profile with a proven ability to generate Customer-Leads and drive revenue based on KPI measurement. 
  • Knowledge of the Bus/Telematics/Connectivity industry, coupled with experience in the Aftermarket is a plus. 
  • Ability to orchestrate regional offices and demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills. 
  • Natural team player with robust interpersonal skills. 
  • Obligatory fluency in Dutch and French. English on communicative level.  
  • Willingness to travel within the region.
