About the team

Lead the creation and execution of dynamic Strategy, Business, and Execution Plans to propel Bus Connect and Vandy sales activities in France and Benelux. Your central mission is to drive substantial sales revenues for ZF Bus Connect and Vandy.pro, intensify the sales pipeline, elevate customer satisfaction, and amplify market awareness for Bus Connect and Vandy through direct sales activities and setting up business partnerships. Simultaneously, orchestrate the coordination of local ZF offices to accelerate business scaling in the region.

 

What you can look forward to:

-Analyze the local market, keeping abreast of market trends and competitive landscape.
-Understand customer needs and identify market opportunities within the defined business segments.
-Work closely with product and marketing teams to adapt marketing materials and product to the Benelux market
-Forecast existing business and identify new opportunities to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
-Cultivate & maintain customer relationships, providing guidance on commercial & technical aspects.
-Actively contribute to negotiations on contracts and pricing, ensuring the profitability of projects and RFQs with the support of the Head of Sales.
-Identify the local relevant events in Benelux for BusConnect and Vandy solutions and represent ZF at these events.
-Orchestrate cross-functional teams and sales activities related to the Bus Connect & Vandy portfolio.
-Collaborate with other departments and regional offices of ZF to ensure seamless integration and alignment: Marketing, Product, Customer delivery, finance, etc…
-Track sales pipelines, implementing countermeasures for deviations from the plan.
-Develop mid- & long-term sales & price development planning within Benelux
 
 
Your profile:
 
•University degree in economics, business administration or similar
•A minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales role B2B preferrable in automotive Telematics business within a multinational environment (Digital sales, SaaS, etc.). Consultative sales processes
•A "hunter" profile with an entrepreneurial mindset, resilience and a proven ability to generate Customer-Leads and drive revenue based on KPI measurement.
•Deep knowledge of the Bus/LCV/Telematics/ Fleet Solutions/ Connectivity industry, coupled with experience in the Aftermarket.
•Very good Stakeholder Management skill & ability to orchestrate regional offices and demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills.
•Excellent problem-solving and conflict management skills to address challenges that may arise during deal closing/ negotiation process
•Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams across Service Lines and teams (support, product teams)
•Natural team player with very good interpersonal skills.
•Fluency in English, Dutch and French (other languages is a plus).
•Willingness to travel within the region.
