About the Position
- Plan and coordinate daily work with production/planners; prepare required materials, tools, and equipment.
- Lead and oversee preventive/predictive maintenance (PM) programs to ensure safety and maximize equipment uptime.
- Identify spare parts needs, use OEM drawings/SAP/catalogs, and recommend equipment or process improvements.
- Fabricate and repair machine components in the maintenance/machine shop; operate equipment within specifications.
- Use controllers/HMI to diagnose issues; understand and manage lubricants, coolants, and greases for equipment.
- Ensure accurate documentation, communication, and compliance with MOS procedures, shift handoffs, and company standards.
- Enforce safety, quality, and housekeeping standards (5S, TS 16949, ISO 14000) while collaborating effectively across teams.
Your profile as Technician Lead- Mechanical:
- Associate’s Degree
- 6-8 years of progressive experience in maintenance.
- Proven experience in leading and directing other product technicians.
- Proven problem-solving skills.
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven leadership skills.
