About the Team

The Supply Chain Specialist II – Logistics is responsible for managing the logistics project activities by ensuring successful progression of both internal and external customer milestones. 

 

 

What you can look forward to as Supply Chain Specialist:

  • Manage, review, and ensure maintenance of New Parts List or comparable project task list by product for all relevant topics.
  • Work with ZF teams (launch management, logistics, purchasing, quality and sales) and global SCM as Team lead, in order to support business development, capacity, and continuity.
  • Ensure prebuild parts supply and provide status reporting reviews for all build phases.
  • Work with the team of definition of new and optimized Kanban routes.
  • Lead projects and processes to continuously improve the material and information flow

 

 

Your Profile as Supply Chain Specialist:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4-5+ years progressive experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Project, Word, Excel and/or Access).
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • SAP knowledge
  • In-depth knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within supply chain management.
