About the Team
Position is responsible for leading and supervising the team of direct reports and to ensure that adequate levels of accuracy are maintained for inventories. Responsible for evaluating inventory needs and implementing strategies to meet those needs. 

What you can look forward to as Sr Supply Chain Supervisor: 

• Supervise and coordinate work of the direct reports, track costs/budget, enforce company policy, complete performance reviews and make staffing and disciplinary recommendations.
• Establish and standardize execution of cycle count schedule in compliance with the company objectives.
• Coordinate, oversee and monitor development of daily cycle counts.
• Conduct regular process audits along with paper flow errors and determine inconsistencies that affect the accuracy of the inventories.
• Manage plant wide Physical Inventory
• Supervise and participate in rollout of process implementation projects or continuous improvement programs.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the inventory team and other groups within the logistics department in addition to leading collaborations with other departments.

Your profile as Sr Supply Chain Supervisor:

• Bachelor’s Degree  
• 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain or a related field
• Extensive experience with contracts, sourcing, and in-depth knowledge of specialized methods and techniques.
• SAP knowledge or other comparable ERP system.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices in industry.
