About the Team
Works with internal and external stakeholders on the development, implementation, and optimization of digital solutions supporting logistics, warehouse operations, and material flow. Focuses on improving transparency, system integration, and performance across supply chain IT systems (e.g., WMS, ERP, automation interfaces). Provides technical support and troubleshooting to ensure stable and efficient system operation.

 

What you can look forward to as Logistics / Supply Chain IT Analyst:

  • Lead and support projects for the implementation and optimization of logistics IT systems (e.g., WMS, MES, SAP, automation interfaces) to improve material flow and operational efficiency.
  • Develop business cases for digital solutions, including cost estimation, ROI analysis, and system impact assessments.
  • Contribute to the definition and execution of the Supply Chain IT roadmap, aligning technology solutions with business needs.
  • Design and optimize system architectures and process flows for logistics operations, including system integration between ERP, WMS, and automation platforms.
  • Support vendor selection processes for IT solutions and ensure successful system implementation and integration within the facility.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot system-related issues (software, interfaces, data flows) to ensure high system availability and performance.
  • Evaluate and improve data structures, reporting capabilities, and analytics related to material flow, inventory, and warehouse operations.
  • Analyze workforce utilization, space requirements, and material flow using digital tools and simulation models to support data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and IT teams to align processes, systems, and digital solutions.
     

Your profile as Logistics / Supply Chain IT Analyst:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (IT or Engineering background preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain systems, or IT-related roles within manufacturing or warehouse environments.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems (e.g., SAP), or logistics IT platforms.
  • Knowledge of system integration, data flows, and interfaces between automation and IT systems is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data analysis, process optimization, and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with automation systems and robotics from an IT/system integration perspective is preferred (no pure hardware focus required).
  • Ability to make sound decisions and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of quality and compliance standards (ISO-9000, IATF 16949, ISO-14000) is beneficial.
