About the team:
What you can look forward to as Sr Financial Analyst:
- Primary Analyst for measuring financial performance of individual product lines of the business
- Reviews and challenges cost analysis prepared by others for processes, products and equipment for manufacturing automatic transmissions
- Development and Implementation of tools and methods for cost planning, cost analysis and controlling
- Validates the maintenance of cost planning data in SAP performed by others
- Periodic analysis and reporting of operating results for product lines
- Identification, Calculation and Planning of revenues and cost components of transmissions
- Monitoring the inputs and results of Profit Center reporting and Profitability Analysis of product lines
- Working with production departments to determine cost impact of changes to manufacturing processes
Your profile as Sr Financial Analyst:
- Bachelor’s of Science degree in Finance/Accounting or Economics or in Engineering (MIE)
- A minimum of 6+ years of experience in cost accounting in a manufacturing environment
- Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
- Works independently and goal-oriented
- Advanced project leading and problem solving experience
- Functional leadership experience such as mentoring and guiding peers
