Requirements and Benefits

Your profile as a Senior Specialist:

•    Bachelor’s Degree
•    6+ of manufacturing and/or skilled trades experience  
•    Proficient Lean Manufacturing tools and strategies implementation knowledge and skills in addition to problem-solving methods (i.e. Toyota Production System, Statistical analysis, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, Poka Yoke, Kanban, etc.).
•    Excellent organizational, planning, and analytical problem-solving skills including statistical analysis. 
•    Proficient computer skills, strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
•    Flexibility to travel both domestic and international.
•    English language competency
