Job Description
What you can look forward to as a Quality Engineer:

Adhere to company corporate principles, quality standards, and automotive/customer requirements.

Monitor and evaluate manufacturing processes and product quality to ensure compliance with specifications.

Develop, maintain, and retain quality documentation, including procedures, risk analyses, audits, recalls, complaints, scrap, and rework records.

Interpret engineering drawings and measurement requirements, including GD&T, and support engineering changes for quality compliance.

Provide guidance and training to manufacturing personnel on quality systems, tools, and best practices.

Apply quality, problem-solving, lean, and continuous improvement tools to drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.

Collaborate cross-functionally, communicate effectively, escalate issues when necessary, and support team objectives to protect customers.

Act with an auditor mindset focused on compliance and improvement, supporting special projects and additional assigned duties.
Your profile as a Quality Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 3–4 years of relevant experience (internships/co-ops included).
- Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, techniques, practices, and design principles.
- Experience with engineering change management systems and product lifecycle processes.
- Proven problem-solving ability using sound judgment aligned with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- High level of analytical thinking, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel and management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and English language skills (verbal and written).
