Customer Quality Analyst II

Position Summary: The primary role of this position is to serve as the lead to ensure and improve Quality. To ensure product quality and promote Quality culture and customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing training to quality team members on various levels.
  • Assist the change management process with respect to engineering change implications (i.e. timing, new BOM implementation, etc.)
  • Create presentations, copy, and scan, distribute and archive documents/records as needed.
  • Present data to Quality team up to and including Leadership Team.
  • Elaborate and Maintain Control Plans throughout the life of the part.
  • Apply appropriate use of statistical techniques.
  • Perform process capability studies. Review and analyze results. Recommend changes to processes based upon findings and perform follow up to verify effectiveness.
  • Perform validation of new and existing error and mistake proofing devices.
  • Perform appropriate Measurement System Analysis tools.
  • Support the cross-functional team to resolve quality issues of capability, tolerancing, and materials related issues.

 

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Proficient computer skills, strong MS Office, and knowledge
  • Above average on MS-Excel, Power-Point, MS-Project, VBA Macros skill level and Power BI.
  • High attention-to-detail capacity level.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
