About the team: The team focuses on providing strong leadership to team leaders and employees, fostering a positive and results-driven work environment through coaching and mentoring. They serve as a key liaison between employees and the company, ensuring clear communication and a safe, issue-free workplace. By driving continuous improvement through waste reduction, problem-solving, and performance process enhancements, the team works to maintain and improve overall production efficiency. This position works second shift from 15:00 to 23:00 hrs.

What you can look forward to as a Production Supervisor EJ (Second Shift):

• Lead, coach, and mentor team leaders and employees to create a positive, results‑oriented work environment.
• Ensure a safe, compliant, and issue‑free workplace while enforcing company policies, KPIs, and ISO/IATF requirements.
• Direct daily production activities, including planning, assigning work, resolving problems, and supporting continuous improvement.
• Maintain and improve production performance through waste reduction, problem solving, and process optimization.
• Oversee employee development by tracking training, ensuring job qualifications, and managing performance (coaching, corrective actions, reviews).
• Approve timecards, manage attendance (vacation/PTO), and ensure accurate and timely shift reporting.
• Facilitate team communication through meetings, feedback, and open‑door practices to support departmental goals and a positive culture.

Your profile as a Production Supervisor EJ (Second Shift:

• High School diploma or GED /2-4+ years of related experience
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
• Proficient computer skills, strong MS Office (Excel) and knowledge, nice to have SAP management
• Problem solving skills /Proven leadership skills
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within manufacturing/operations
• Ability to use (personally) and train individuals to use production/manufacturing equipment
• Basic knowledge of plant operations management and lean principles, processes, and techniques.  
• Availability and flexibility schedule (e.g.  weekends) to meet customer requirements.
