Job Description
The Maintenance Manager leads a dedicated team, orchestrating all aspects of preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment upkeep across our plant and warehouse operations. This role is hands-on—guiding supervisors, technicians, tool makers, and support staff to ensure our production equipment and tooling run smoothly and efficiently. By fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement, the Maintenance Manager keeps our operations running at peak performance.
What you can look forward to as Maintenance Manager:
- Ensure maximum up time on all manufacturing equipment to include, but not limited to machining, assembly, and shop equipment.
- Maintain preventive maintenance programs to include predictive techniques and methods.
- Implement continuous improvement activities designed to increase up time and equipment efficiencies.
- Direct and supervise maintenance staff.
- Provide support to other technical resources.
- Provide technical expertise and hands-on mechanical/electrical support where applicable.
- Develop/Coordinate/Provide in conjunction with internal and external resources adequate training to all maintenance related employees.
Your Profile as Maintenance Manager:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 8-10+ years in high level manufacturing operations
- Direct line management experience
- Proven Problem-Solving skills
- Proven interpersonal, communication skills and leadership skills.
- Expert-level knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within maintenance
